What are the terms and conditions for refund?
You can cancel your booking before 24 hours of checkin time.

How long does the refund procedure take?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we confirm the cancellation. Once initiated, the amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 working days.

I haven ’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through email or phone once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email or phone states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
